Guardian is offering a one-month premium credit or a rate guarantee for new and in-force dental and vision plans. All size groups can take advantage of these great opportunities.
Premium Credit Option
- Existing groups: Applied to the second bill after the group renewal, beginning with September 2020 through August 2021 renewals
- New business: Applied to the first bill for dental and vision cases with July 2020 through March 2021 effective dates
Rate Guarantee Option
- Existing groups: A 2-year rate guarantee on dental and vision
- New business: A 2-year rate guarantee for dental and a 2-year or 3-year rate guarantee for vision
Other Enhancements
Guardian is also offering enhanced frequency limits on cleanings, exams, and fluoride treatments to a minimum of 2 per calendar year. It applies July 1, 2020 through December 31, 2021.
For the rest of 2020, members don’t have to submit a claim to rollover funds. Effective January 1, 2021, $100 will be added to the member’s maximum rollover account.
